(02) The Call

Here's what we'll actually talk about.

No slides. No "let me tell you a bit about us first." We spend 30–45 minutes on your business, not mine.

  • Where your clients actually come from right now
  • What's pulling weight — and what's dead weight
  • Your offer (and whether it's easy to say yes to)
  • How you're positioned vs everyone else pitching the same thing
  • Your outreach — if you're doing any
  • Your sales process from first reply to signed contract
  • The one bottleneck holding the whole thing back
  • Then we decide — together — whether it makes sense to work together. If it doesn't, I'll say so. Life's too short.
(03) Fit Check

Let's be honest about who this is for.

Book the call if...

Is this actually free?

Yep. No card, no catch. I only pitch on the call if I think I can genuinely help you — and I'm honest when I can't.

Am I going to get sold to?

If we're a fit, I'll walk you through how we work and what it costs. If we're not, I'll tell you and we'll wrap up early. I hate being sold to as much as you do.

How long does the call take?

Block out 45 minutes. Sometimes we're done in 30, sometimes it runs a little longer if it's getting interesting.

Do I need to prep anything?

Just be straight with me about what's working and what's not. The more honest you are, the more useful this is.
